I am surprised by this weight loss, I have been trying to maintain my weight around 74kgs. and I am happy to be 72kgs. my average daily calorie intake as been 2568 kcal. since last weeks weigh in. I was trying for a average of 2400 kcal/day I will maintain this amount and see what next weeks weigh in brings.

Iv'e done it again consumed 3325 cals. I didn't want to add all the food to my diary, but you are only lying to yourself, confessing to eating 8 slices of bread & butter, fried onions, cheese, and cake somehow makes you feel uplifted and unburdened, so will just have to do better tomorrow. On the bright side I have 18964 steps & 97 flights climbed on my phone. Good night FS.

I am afraid that I lost the plot on Thursday and managed to consume 3175cals. going out in the afternoon and drinking 2.5 pints of Guinness (enjoy it) added 500cals. and it just when down hill from there. Today I have thanks to the good weather been able to make amends 3.5 hours walking the hills with Boris, I did 9.2 mile and Boris with all the running about did double, happy dog. Have a good weekend all on FS.

I have been trying to maintain my weight at 73 to 74 kgs. by keeping my food target at 2200cals/day, my actual daily average over the last seven days as been 2282, total for the week 15978 cals. and exercise 18551 cals. resulting in -2573 net for the week, as I have had this 0.5kg loss I am thinking of increasing my food target to 2400 cals/day or should I reduce my exercise. I Would be interested in your thoughts on which is the best way to go.

I am surprised that I have had a weight loss this week, as my average daily calories have been 2407kcal. My aim was 2200kcal/day to maintain my weight at 73.5 kgs. Looking forward to next weeks weigh in to see what happens, still going to aim for 2200kcal/day.
