Well another happy day, down one more pound.
Got to love it while it continues
I need to track my water or I tend not to drink it. And as this site does not have a water tracker I will just have to remember to add it in on the meals.

Well the trip was long and we had breakfast when we arrived. Ended up eating a very nice omlet with green onions, tomatoes, red pepper, ham, bacon, baby shrimp and cheese but I also ate the Potatos and toast with peanut butter. And a couple more cups of coffee (which includes cream and sweetener)
Oh well still down one again today

I just back from a meeting at work, they were serving cookies and donuts. I am very proud to say I did not indulge. I got a bottle of water and that was all.

Well isn't this a nice start. Down 3 lbs since yesterday morning. I know that is water weight this fast, but still nice to see the drop.
Got into some chips and dip yesterday afternoon and chocolate last night, going to have to work on that but overall the day wasn't bad
