I read something sad. One of the Cavaliers, Donavan Mitchell (who used to play for the Jazz) had a drug test, and failed it. He was using performance enhancing drugs.
It's quite sad that he had to feel like he needed it. He scored 71 points in a game. Which should not be possible. The NBA hasn't made a decision as to what to do.
In other news, I am going to learn some traps that may/maybe not help me. There are part of the Tactics in the Opening series.
I ate already. Had OWYN protein and Oranges for breakfast. I did not exercise this morning. I will get to it when the foods are done processing.
So that is all I will do today.

How is everyone today? I am working on my WOE, and exercise regimens. I will work on the bike today.
It'll take some time. I have a hurting right knee. I am trying to deal with it.
Strength training on my knees, I'll wait until I get adept at the bike. Even though I just deal with it right now.

I just had to take a pic of the chili ON THE CROCK POT. Sorry for it being so blurry. I was trying not to drop my iPad in the chili!

Happy New Year!!! Welcome to 2023!
It doesn't feel any different. I hope nothing major/violent happens. People are dying, shootouts, officer involved shootings, etc etc. This world is crazy. Can't we all just get along!
I single handedly made dinner. White Chicken Crack Chili. It says it is 6 servings. It almost filled the entire crock pot, So I figure it's 12 servings. Our crock pot is about 8 quarts, and all the ingredients almost filled it to the top.
I will take a picture when it's done! It's got rave reviews! 5 out of 5 out of 124 reviews. It must be good!

I am just sitting here thinking. I have cut my calories. I will make Crack Chili tomorrow in the crock pot. It will be good. At least I hope so.
I am much more stable, because of some minor tweaks made by my mom, and I.
I am just worried about how things will go tomorrow. I cook on Sunday's, if I get a chance. The chili makes 6 servings. Don't know whether I will have a successful dinner. Emphasis on the calories.
I need to start exercising, and complete it before I go up and get coffee. My coffee is called Chocolate Truffle. I will try to go to Black Rifle Coffee, since it is close to Walmart. I will drink coffee of any kind, just to try them out.
