I FINALLY finished the modules for my clinical rotations. I'm taking a break this weekend before moving on. Hoping to get in some much needed exercise; sitting at a desk all day is no fun. Maybe a bike ride or a hike is in my future.

I am officially no longer overweight! (BMI = 24.9) I'd definitely like to slide further down that scale and focus on more re-compositioning but I'm feeling good about my progress. The best part is I feel ten thousand times better about myself now than the last time I weighed this much.

Accidentally ate a whole bag of turkey jerky (almost spelled it terky jerky, lol). Oops, at least it was only 3.25 oz! Could have been a whole bag of chips though, so I'll count that as a win? Now I'm off to drink 3 gallons of water to flush out all that sodium, ha!

Today was tough. I've been working all day on a module to prepare for my clinical rotations. I feel like I was chained to a desk. Very disappointing not to reach my step goal today as this will probably be the norm for the next week or so. And then once I actually begin my internship, I'll be moving to Georgia (away from my husband for 9 more months!!!) and will have a monstrous commute (up to 1.5 hours each way). It's possible everyday for the next 10 months will be jam-packed full of work. Ok, let's not exaggerate. But that's how it feels. I really hope I'll have the time to get in all the exercise I need/want. It would be great if my knee lets me continue to increase my jogging to walking ratio. That would be a huge time saver, ha! But I absolutely do not want to move faster than I should. Slow and steady. Maybe I can incorporate more HIIT. Of course I'll have the weekend, but I can only do so much exercise at once. It's going to be a lot more important to prep my meals in advance also because I'll be heading out the door pretty early and won't be able to eat lunch at home. I'm not sure if the IF will be easier or more difficult. It certainly won't help being around food and thinking about nutrition all day. Hopefully I'll be more optimistic when I wake up tomorrow.

My plan was to do a 24 hour fast starting yesterday after a late lunch, but I (for some reason that escapes me) decided not to have dinner tonight either. So this is officially my 2nd 36(ish) hour fast. I started to regret it as dinner time came and went, but I'm a bit stubborn, so here I am complaining about my self-induced hunger.
