Good morning beautiful people. I had a great workout last night and I feel it through every inch of my body. I took every exercise to complete failure. Looking forward to my push yourself challenge that starts in 2 days. I am hoping that eating right and working out can get me ready for the lake before summer gets here.

HAPPY TUESDAY EVERYONE!!!!!!! Starting off my day on a possitive note. Now I just have to get through the first 3 hours of meetings and then I can actually get some work done.

Decided to get back to doing daily push-ups to keep metabolism up. My current goal is 250 per day and I try to do them in sets of 50 unless by body says "nope" (Thanks to a challenge I signed up for on here last year that got me up to 50)
I think I will add crunches using an exercise ball. Maybe 200reps??? Summer time is almost here and I can’t find my abs!!!
