Happy Thursday FS!!!!!!!! Didn't drop any weight today but I did move to the next hole in my belt which is WAY better than a number on the scale!!!!

Had a great start to the day. Did not see any weight loss but this morning I actually needed to wear a belt or my pants may simply fall off. No sucking in to button!!!!
The only change I have made is my 100-150 crunches per day on my stability ball. Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy..... I may actually see my abs this summer!!!!
Tonight is a gym night so I am skipping my push-ups today but still going to keep up with the crunches everyday.
