Today I walked almost 1km more but I slowed my walking speed which I didn't realise I would enjoy so much 😆. I thought I had to go for a walk at a fast pace but I enjoyed my slower pace and I even sang most of my songs while walking which was great. here's to walking slower and more steps ☺️

Friday weight in and I'm still 136.2 lol still sticking to my eating right and exercising, it's probably more water from carbs and salt intake. Very close to Christmas I hope everyone is having a nice Christmas period with joy and happiness ☺️

I'm doing 2 days of exercise and 1 day of recovery because my knees and joints are getting sore. Everything seems to be moving in the right direction as my morning weighting is looking good. I'm only going to use my Friday morning weight as my guild line because I don't want to keep updating everyday haha. Vertigo seems to be slightly getting better but it's not fully gone yet.

Well I've been a bit meh in the past week as my bedroom has been a bit of a mess and I haven't had the motivation to clean. This hasn't affected my weight negatively which is good. I had my appointment with my dietitian and she says I'm doing great. I saw a GP about my vertigo and he gave me some tablets to take whenever it comes on. I'm having some trouble sleeping with the constant urge to want to go to the toilet, which the doctor has said the tablets I'm taking for my vertigo will also help with that 🤷. I've got a physio appointment on Tuesday which should be good. Hope everyone is having a nice weekend 🙂

Ok so I won't be doing my normal walking routine because I haven't been feeling well. I've got a stress test tomorrow which hopefully will let me know whether there's anything wrong. I've been getting vertigo and asthma like breathing where I feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen when I'm tired and it's kinda scaring me a little. So fingers crossed everything fine, but in the meantime I'm trying new things to eat to possibly bring my calories down to 1600-1700. I'm going with a salad lunch instead of my normal 2 sandwiches which contain 4 slices of bread. I'm having 2 slices in the morning with my eggs as a change up to oats but I love my oats.hope everyone is having a nice weekend 🙂
