Doing fairly well getting the calories under control, now have to start backing off more of the bad carbs and start cutting out sugar. Working on cutting sugar by at least 90% by Nov. 1. Small steps this time!

I'm back after a lengthy time without computer access. I've also been a bad girl! Still lifting and working out regularly, but nasty eating habits over the summer. Back to the drawing board, hoping to take 20 lbs off till Christmas!
