staying the same weight, guess I'm in a plateau again. I have been walking everyday for several months but only around my neighborhood with my dog. I can only walk 20 min or so. I have started do walk an extra 15 min in the afternoon as well. I'm basically just walking for my health and toning up and getting some endurance.

up 1 pound isn't bad considering we ate a huge meal at Longhorn last night!!! J did bring leftovers home. Exquisite food!
