Had a really good week up until yesterday at about 3:00. Cravings started kicking in and for some reason i couldn't resist. Still had a loss for this week though and hoping for another this next week. Happy monday!!

Have had 4 really good days. My actual weigh in day is on mondays so hoping i can be down a couple more by then. Happy friday!!

Kind of depressing. Have been doing really good the last 3 days on watching what i eat and have even been walking on the treadmill about 15 min. each night and still a gain. Was really hoping for a loss but i am not giving up yet!
