My name is Teri. I have been away from fat secret for almost a year now... And it shows. Since I have stopped using fat secret my diet has only been worse. Nursing school may have something to do with poor diet choices. I didn't realize how bad I need to be with fat secret until I went shopping for jeans a few days ago. I am in the biggest size jean that I have ever been it. So here I am a year later... I want to be a healthier person for me and my future career. It is time to take responsibility for what is being put into my mouth. I need to be a healthier person or I will not be around for as long as I would like...
