Hello. I work for a Confection's Broker, which means I'm surrounded by Sugar & Snacks all day long, 5 days a week. This diet is going to be ****!
My husband and I quit smoking about a year ago (Jan 9th for him and Feb 1st for me) and since then we have apparently been replacing food for the cigs. I'd say we gained about 15 - 25 pounds. Not to mention we were already pushing our weight before we stopped smoking. I've been talking about going on a diet but hadn't "gotten around to it". A friend of mine had a lot of success with the diet she is on so my husband & I figured we would try it.
