Wow, I am Loving Life!!!! I decided to change my life and my health March 2011 after a horrifying doctor’s appointment. I had gained 25lbs in one year and was up to 258lbs. I am only 5'1". Well as of today, 9/22/11, I have lost 46lbs. I had the best doctor’s visit today I have ever had in my life. My blood pressure was 104/78 :) I started my journey with Atkins Induction Phase. The pounds just dropped off. Then I started an exercise program which I love. Now I have moved to the OWL phase and feel great. I will continue to watch my weight with all the new foods I add. I still have a long way to go. My goal is to be in good health and to continue my health habits. I mostly want to prove to myself and my kids that losing weight and being healthy does not have to be a chore. I love to cook now; I love fresh cooked meals more than anything. My kids wish for fast food. I do not ever want to go back where I was. I have a wonderful support system, best husband and kids in the world. Thank you to my family, I could not have done this without you. Thank you to Miki for giving me the opportunity to exercise and all the encouragement to keep it up. Most of all Thank you God for being my best friend and always loving me even when I make my mistakes.
