I'm a 36 year old stay at home mum ( was a neonatal nurse in a previous life ). I have three children age between 7 and 1 years old, 2 boys and 1 girl. I'm currently 8st 5 and would love to get back to my pre pregnancy weight of 7st ( only 4ft 10 so 7st isn't under weight for me! ) I lost 2 stone and was 7st 4 before I got pregnant with my last child, I did that counting calories. I do very little planned exercise because 1) I don't enjoy it and 2) with 3 young kids I don't get time during the day and by the time my husband gets home I'm so tired all I want to do is veg on the couch.
