Father of three looking at dieting in a new light. I've always been too hard and strict when it comes to dieting. I always liked intermittent fasting, but in the past I never ate enough calories during my eight hour eating window. This led to me being so hungry in the evenings, which eventually led me back to my previous ways.

I'm way more confident in myself than I was before, and I am nearly force feeding myself to make sure I eat enough inside the eight hour window. Not sure how sustainable that may be in the long term, may need to broaden it to a ten hour window just for my own sake.

Taking my efforts in the gym way more seriously as well, going anywhere from 4-7 days of the week, which is probably why my weight is not coming off as fast as it has in the past. Although, I can feel my strength increasing and the feeling of me leaving the gym after working hard is top notch.

Very happy with the way this is going right now, and I can easily see this being my new lifestyle.
