I am a 43 year old mom of 3 who didn't pay attention and blossomed over 100 pounds over. so now am becoming mindful of my health, eating and exercising. my youngest is 8 and oldest is 19. I wish to see all grow up and be an oma one day. I believe God first but if i am 100 pounds over then He wasn't. food was my comfort and my all in all. so as I pray and praise God and work on good stewardship of food and my body I hope to reach a healthy weight.
