I am from Wales UK, I am married to Wendy and I work in a university,managing student accommodation. I Like to workout regulary (5 times a week). Used to be a memeber of a gym but now I train at home using kettlebells,a sandbag and bodyweight exercises. I usually base my workout around some form of interval training, I use the spartan 300,the spartacus and cardio strength training books. My diet is pretty clean and healthy most of the time.
