trained hard last night using a workout from the spartan 300 book, did around 420 reps in 54 minutes with minimum rest, tonight I will just do a few complexes as I am going out for the evening, can see a change in body shape, getting harder and fuller.

Hi everyone I am 51 years of age and live in wales. I like to exercise 5 days a week for around 40 minutes a session. Most of my session are based around interval training and spartacus type based routines, i.e. tabatta's. I train at home and I use sandbags,kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. My goal is to lose a few pound and tone up. Nice to meet you all.
