My name is Debra I am 55 yrs old and a type II Diabetic. I lost over 100 lbs, but have slipped recently and gained about 13 lbs back. I want to get myself back under control and lose the 13 lbs, then maintain. I am 5'5" and currently about 158 lbs and would like to be 145 lbs. I am disabled by fibromyalgia and can only do mild exercise. Short walks, swimming, etc... In the photo I provided, I am the person on the left.
