I'm a 25 year old Mom and career girl, who sings in a band, and who also models on the side. I'm trying to,(believe it or not) get a more hourglass shape for print work. I love to sing, I love to dance, and of course, I love food. I have a hard time controlling my portions, and being Italian, I live for pasta and bread and it makes up more than 90 percent of my diet. I'm hoping by lowering my carb intake and working my way back up slowly I'll lose a bit. I'm also hoping it'll teach me to eat more lean meats, veggies, whole grains, and better choices all around.
