I've been putting everything else before me except for my own health. I've done many yo-yo diets and so far all I have achieved is weight loss that was gained as soon as those fad diets were stopped. So I've decided to change my whole lifestyle instead of just the diet.
My goal right now is to follow all the challenges that I've accepted. My diet is a mix of everything. I need to lose about 65-70 pounds according to my height and I want to do this the healthy way.
Any advice or comments are welcome :)
