Im a mother of 3 and 4 grandson i been battling my weight send i was an little girl i been on EVERY diet or life changes i can be on YES even surgery and im still 200+lbs.Now my knees are bad from arthritis and im only 48 and to get knee surgery the doctor want me to wait until im 50 or lose 30+lbs
