I am 39, from Las Vegas. Happy to be on this site, and although I have only started a couple months ago, I see a lot of interesting patterns with my eating. I have really screwed up at times, but I just get right back on track using this applicaiton. I am actually enjoying how easy this program is. The funny thing about it is, it always boils down to calories in verses calories out. Pretty basic!
