My name is Terri. I am 46 and have 4 children ranging from 17rs-4yrs old. I Love Jesus and my passion in life is to raise my kids to love Jesus too! My most recent child I had at 42 and haven't been able to shed the extra 10lbs of baby weight off. I have always been overweight from my teen years on, and constantly been on diets my whole life only to loose 5-10 lbs but gain it back. I have never tried Atkins and a friend told me some people don't metabolize carbs well. I figure I could be one of them. So here I am, willing to try something new that may work for me. I read the book and it makes sense to me, so here I go!
