Well I am 48 and have always been less than satisfied with my weight. Over the years it's been up and down much like the rest of you out there. My partner of 16 yrs is a healthy weight and he is one of those people who can eat without really gaining anything. I think my weight is a much bigger issue for me than for him. I have one kidney and know (so the doctors have pointed out) that my weight doesn't help me with this situation.
