I have been told by doctors I need to lose weight if I want to see a difference in my health. In the past 35 plus years I have not been under 270 pounds at any time. I know this is going to be a big challenge for me, because I am a food connoisseur. I worked as a chef for years when I was younger and am a really talented scratch cook. I have many of my own original recipes, and I doubt if there is many healthy ones in the group.
