Hi there everyone! Welcome to my Bio!

My name is Lacy, and I am 28 years old. I have always had a love/hate relationship with food as long as I can remember...but I am ready to break the cycle!

I am getting married in September to a great guy, and we hope to start a family at some point after that, and I know everything will be easier if I could lose some weight.

We are also in process of remodeling our new (to us) home, so a lot of those tasks would be easier if I had the stamina and energy to complete them.
