I am a 23 year old recent college graduate. I am gald to have completed undergrad and will be attending grad school in the fall.

I lost the weight before by calorie counting and lost about 50lbs. Soon after I injuried my shoulder and lost motivation. I am ready to become healthly again. I love that this site will provide something new and exciting to my journey of weight loss.
