Hello!
My name is Christie and I live in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. I have been on this weight loss journey for a while, but this month, I have decided to stop the crap, and step up to the plate and make this work. I used to make myself think I was eating healthy, but I knew I wasn't. I have made a conscious decision to make it work this time, and it is!!! I live by portion sizes. I am making sure that I measure what I am eating, which teaches me to eat the correct amount.
