Unexpected guests arriving tomorrow; I weighed 50 pounds more the last time my partner's daughter & grandson saw me. This could be fun! I'm sore from cleaning house but still went to my conditioning class today,despite lack of sleep due to fireworks keeping me & Beau awake until midnight. I have physical therapy shortly & then back to more straightening up. The kitchen looks awesome thanks to me, lol!
