I am so hungry today! I had a poor night's sleep, did well in exercise class, but feel like I have nothing left but hunger. I wish I could nap but almost never am able. I will get through this...

I can't believe I was so tired I forgot my physical therapy appointment, fell asleep, & woke when they called, then made it there in record time! Sheesh! What a day. I will not pig out on Greek frozen yogurt...

Well, the good news is that the cherry Greek frozen yogurt is gone; bad news is I finished it off. Still barely under my RDI, but I feel like a little oinker, lol. This just gives me more incentive to try the new Aqua instructor's class in the morning.

Looks like you had a huge amount of carbs today - they end up like sugar and make you feel hungry quickly - and possibly fatigued. More protein keeps you from being hungry. Of coutse, my problem when I eat extra protein is I am not hungry and then I don't eat enough calories overall. Hang in there!
