Well, I certainly blew it today after our Bible study. I fasted lunch so I would have more calories left. It's hard to know what to expect at a covered dish supper. I did okay until I tried this dessert/snack that some call Christmas Crack. That shiz is aptly named cuz it's addictive!! I ate 3 pieces along with the small brownie I sampled. I'm going to be doing a lot of IF this week to make up for today and prepare for this weekend. I'm working a 10 hr day tomorrow so I can be off Friday. That will be a bit of a challenge for me since I normally only work a 7 hr day. I'll manage.
