Just for the record, my food diary is pretty inaccurate because it is hard to get the exact amount I ate. I am going to try harder to see if I can be more accurate, but I am not letting me worry about it. I still have not planned a day with exact calories. That would help a lot. I could have lost more by now if I had done that but I am proud of myself for not eating cookies, candy, and ice cream! I was only gaining on that diet! And it was bad for my heart by the cholesterol content, etc. If I continue to lose instead of gain, surely I will have lost a lot of weight by the end of 2008! My vow is to never gain back what I have lost...
