Happy Hump Day!

On this 27th day of Jun 2012 I vow to eat responsibly. Will do this thing one day at a time - and today is day one.

Hey, I resemble that remark Buffy. 4 years clean and sober. 2 years eating (mostly) the right way. Keep coming back - it works.

Karen - Congratulations on both! Although I realize that there are big differences, I firmly believe that there is such a thing as food addiction and things can be learned from AA (and other coping techniques).

Just trying to catch up with you...I just loved your pic from yesterday, zucchini lasagne sounds just delish & with fresh green beans too...any leftovers? One day at a time is an excellent motto to live by, just worry about today & then the yesterdays will take care of themselves & the tomorrows will look brighter too!
