once upon a time, girl could eat a whole pint of Ben and Jerry's... now I think I'm going to puke.


p.s.a. I only allow myself ice cream once a month, so hoping I remember this feeling and decide to spread it out over the month

Ben & Jerry's are my nemisis too...way too tasty and half a cup is just a good start. WTG on the logging though, that's a win in my books!!

I have to always take the serving of ice cream out of the carton or I will just eat the whole thing. I've been eating healthier and find that those sugary things make me feel gross if I eat too much. I never thought that would be the case. We're all learning as we go. :)
