I need to be cleaning, but I'm in create mode rather than clean mode, lol. Some "energy bites" made. I need to approximate the calories! Oatmeal, flax seed, chia seeds, mini semi-sweet choc. chips, natural peanut butter, honey & protein powder.

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey or agave (I ended up using 1/2 c)
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used mini semi-sweet)
2/3 cup coconut flakes (I didn't use these as I didn't have any & prefer without)
I combined all the dry ingredients first, then added the vanilla, honey and peanut butter. You can adjust amounts as needed. I added a half scoop of chocolate protein powder to mine. Refrigerate for about 30 min, then roll into balls or flatten & cut into squares

They are 141 GOOD calories each!! I'm guessing they are low in sodium, based on the ingredients. Thank you for taking the time to share your recipe!!
