yesterday I made the mistake of buying a box of "cuties" which are soy ice cream sandwiches. I went out of control and ate the whole box! So I can't buy those again. I will go back to my protein bar or cereal for a dessert. They work because I don't want more than one. They fill me up and satisfy me. I have been rereading one of my fave books, Fit or Fat by Covert Bailey. His research says to eat carbs. If you don't eat carbs, the liver makes energy out of protein before it will use its stores or make energy out of our fat stores. We will lose muscle mass and that is not good.
