It has been 2 months since I started getting serious about losing weight. I’ve lost 17lbs and my measurements are down 17 inches!! (Upper arms, chest, waist, belly button, hips, thighs) I didn’t think I’d stick with it in the beginning but the support of my friends here has gotten me through the hard days. Thank you everyone who has encouraged and supported me.
Onward and hopefully downward 🙂
63.7 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
