So I tried the pumpkin spice fat bombs again and they were actually pretty good. Nothing I would crave, but they were REALLY filling. I think the issue was that I had not mixed the coconut oil enough so there were a few globs of it in the little balls.

I tried the keto raspberry cheesecake last night and it was good, but it also made me feel really full. I thought 1/12 of the cake, which was the serving size, would be small but I actually felt kind of gross after finishing it. Not something that I will have every night.
