So I'm new to this keto diet and am not sure how well I am doing. I log everything that I eat. I still am not getting as much fat as I am supposed to. It's kind of hard for me to grasp since high fat goes against just about everything I've ever learned about healthy eating.

We'll see! Still looking up more recipes.
