While back I found an awesome keto website! And I’ve seen a few people asking for tips or plans!

She has great meal plans, recipes and tips!!! I personally only tried the recipes, but followed my own low carb plan!!

Start my cancer radiation tomorrow and at first I was dreading it but now I know since I’ll be in a more controlled setting I know the 4 days will be a breeze. I’ve pre packs shakes, veggies, drinks and activities for the motel and pre-packed my protein that I purchased a small grill to take and cook! Hoping my planning will pay off on the scale!!!
