Finally got my date for my surgery it is April 27 so I have until then to kick my ass into gear and lose as much weight as I can before then. I will have to wait six weeks after that before I can work out again so I want to make sure I am good until then. I will be able to walk but not for long or at a good work out speed. With my daughters graduation coming up in June I want to make sure I look as good as I can. I will make sure to eat very well and stick to a strict diet during the 6 weeks so I don't gain much weight.
