I have ten weeks until my surgery and I am aiming to lose a pound a week or more if possible. I am going to work my ass off the next ten weeks so that during my six week recovery I will be doing okay. Strict diet and exercise plan on the go. I have the next ten weeks of workouts already planned out. The food part is where I struggle but I am going to research like crazy the next few days to get myself on the right path.
