My scale is broke so it's going to be a while before I weigh in. But I'm ok with that because I'm close to my goal and at a healthy weight. As long as I keep myself in check and do as I should, I'll be fine. I'm not bothered not being able to weigh myself because I've done really good considering everything that's been going on this year. I'm logging everything I eat so that helps. It will be a little while before I can get some new scales because I have to get a vehicle first.
My mom is getting out of the hospital today so I'm happy about that. This flu is no joke. It turned straight into pneumonia. Not good when you have CHF & COPD. But she's a lot better now. Thank God. Hope everyone has a good weekend.
