I forgot that it was Super Bowl Sunday. My sister's husband was polite and did not turn on the TV until my father left. I left soon afterwards. We had lots of food, and I killed the homemade guacamole. When my family has tacos, there in none of that pre-made crispy stuff! She made it so that I could have mine without tortillas and beans. I always forget to take pictures...
This morning, my bg was up to 118, but my ketones were 1.8. I was somewhat amused at all the 8s. I FEEL like I am getting into ketosis, so that is good. Intermittent fasting is no problem, so I am going to stick to that for awhile. After I post here, I shall get me another menu from Diet Doctor and plan my shopping list for tomorrow.
