Ok now I've joined another Challenge to "dance 30 minutes a day". My Summer challenge has started and my first weigh in is Sunday for that. I have to say I find more and more interesting things on this site. Hopefully it'll keep my interest going and consistent. I started to record in my daily food that I'm eating. It surprised me that my calorie content wasn't higher! I'm keeping a personal paper journal as well to record food to. Because of working the Night shift I wouldn't eat much through the shift but once I got home in the morning?????... I was famished!! Stop at the grocery store and buy a few groceries and off to home. Luckily I'm not a big sweets person but I love the carbs! Feeling good so far and look forward to seeing the scale and hopefully weight loss to go along with it. Keep on Keepin On! (Thanks to Gladys)
