Another day closer to spring🤗🌷🌷🌷today is my last day of the two week slimfast challenge. I did the advanced energy/protein drinks. Every morning I had a Carmel latte and it tasted just like Starbucks. I haven’t had Starbucks in about two months lol. The other flavors were ok. I didn’t make workouts priority too much. I lost 3 lbs. so for jan I’m 5 lbs down. I’ll take it. Leaving Sunday for 6 Days. When I get back I will be focused on studies for about 3-5 months so I can pass my legal assistant certification. Lots going on there. Hope I can maintain. I gained all this weight when I went to college in 2012 lol. But I lost it then I can do it again.

Good Luck with the studies - you can do this...it is a matter of focus. I lost focus for a while and it creeped back up. We are capable of doing two things at once!
