Hurray for you! Pork rinds are a lifesaver for me. Also, bacon and pepperoni satisfy. Finally, I make a fat bomb from equal parts of tahini, coconut oil, and butter. (You could use sugar-free peanut butter instead of tahini.) Warm and stir all until it is mixed. Then pour into a mold, such as an ice tray, and freeze. They melt easily, so keep them cold. I keep mine in the freezer, so when I have an ice cream craving, I pop one of these into my mouth and the craving goes away.
