Yesterday, I had far too many grams of protein, so today I shall have too few. Also, I shall walk. I just has a great pep talk from a friend. He was just talking about things he's learned and some observations he had on surviving cancer, but to me, it was a pep talk. We are not limited to what happens to us. We can go beyond our programming and think for ourselves.

This is especially important for those of us who have had negative people involved in our lives or negative events happen to us. We can rise above them!
