Did fairly okay today even getting a bit of exercise in walking a ways.
Thanks for being here everyone.
Now the eve is here and dusk has passed.
This is the time when I sooo want to snack.
I caved today tho with a banana and some berries and instant cream in a smoothie, did not go over calorie intake but did get a bit higher on carbs.

How you all doing for this Monday?
The weather was so beautiful this morning, but I am a January winter girl, so its fine with me.

Caved this eve and went 19% over the daily intake. Not going to cortisol about it tho ;)
